This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the ERSA GI Analyzer platform and its associated tools, analyses, and reports (collectively, the "Service").
ERSA GI Analyzer is operated by ERSA, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Operator").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is an informational and educational system designed to help users organize personal health-related information and generate structured, non-diagnostic interpretations using artificial intelligence.
The Service does not provide medical advice, medical opinions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. All outputs are informational only and intended to support personal understanding and discussion with qualified healthcare professionals.
Use of the Service does not create a physician–patient relationship, clinician–patient relationship, or any other professional healthcare relationship.
You acknowledge that any health decisions you make are your sole responsibility and should be made in consultation with licensed medical professionals.

The Service relies entirely on user-provided information. Incomplete or inaccurate inputs may result in incomplete or misleading outputs.

Artificial intelligence systems may generate errors, omissions, or unintended interpretations. You agree to use the Service with appropriate caution.
Certain features of the Service require the use of tokens or credits. Tokens are consumed only when analyses are generated.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. No guarantee is made regarding availability, continuity, or future features.
The Operator does not sell user data and does not engage in behavioral advertising.
User-submitted information is processed solely for the purpose of generating requested analyses. Please review the Privacy Policy for details regarding data handling practices.
With your consent, we may send you occasional marketing communications about new features, analysis modules, or service updates via email.
Marketing communications are entirely optional. You may opt-in during account setup or at any time through your account settings.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect your access to the Service or transactional communications (such as receipts or account notifications).
All content, software, structure, and outputs generated by the Service are the property of the Operator or its licensors, except for user-provided content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement.
